Pacha Payar upma & thakali thuvaiyal

Ingredients

Greengram
Green chilli
Kadugu & ulutham parupu
Kadalaparupu
u
coconut grated
For tomato thuvaiyal
Tomotoes - 2
Onions -2
Pottu kadalai
Ing
6 vara milagai
Tamarind
Salt
Karevepillai


Fry the red chillies onion and tomatoes and then kadalaparupu and karuvepillia
Grind it to fine paste for chutney

Upma
Pachai payir - 1 tumbler - 2 people
Soak it overnight or 2 hours
Grind it grinder as it is fine no water to be added
Green chilli also added for grinding
Bake it in cooker like idli - idli ccoker
Oil , kadugu ulutham parupu ,kadalaparupu, vara milagai , perungayam podi while grinding or frying
